Warranty & Pricing

All pricing shown is exclusive of VAT & delivery. Website pricing may change dependant on currency exchange fluctuations - however, the price as it stands at the time of confirmed order will always be adhered to (NB: not applicable to quotations over 30 days old)

ELECTRONIC SCOAREBOARD WARRANTY INFORMATION

Sportserve Ltd reserves the right to request any faulty parts to be returned for analysis prior to a replacement being issued.   If the fault is not covered by the warranty, or the faulty part(s) are not returned to Sportserve Ltd, any replacement parts will be invoiced to the customer.  All freight/transports costs will be agreed with the customer dependant on situation.

Indoor Scoreboards:

Warranty of 3 years from date of purchase.  Sportserve Ltd guarantees its indoor scoreboards and timers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, subject to Sportserve Ltd’s discretion, faulty parts within the stated 3 year time frame, free of charge for parts/labour. Transport costs will be charged for.  Exemption parts not covered in this warranty: batteries & fuses.

Outdoor Scoreboards:

Warranty of 2 years from date of purchase.  Sportserve Ltd guarantees its outdoor scoreboards and timers to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, subject to Sportserve Ltd’s discretion, faulty parts within the stated 2 year time frame, free of charge for parts/labour. Transport costs will be charged for.  Exemption parts not covered in this warranty: batteries & fuses.

Batteries:

Warranty of 1 year from date of purchase. Sportserve Ltd guarantees it console batteries to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. All electronic scoreboards rechargeable batteries must remain plugged in, and on charge at all times, even when the scoreboard is not in use.  Failure to do so may result in the batteries running flat, which is deemed as customer error and is not applicable for a free replacement. 

Not Covered by Warranty:

Damage occurring:

  •          During customer organised transport
  •          Occurring through misuse of equipment
  •          Severe weather (including, but not limited to floods, storms, snow)
  •          Radio disruptions due to frequency/signal interruptions.

All warranties are automatically void if installation/repairs are not carried out by an approved Sportserve Ltd contractor, or if replacement parts are not sourced from an approved Sportserve Ltd supplier.

In the case of an onsite repair carried out by the customer, Sportserve Ltd will only cover the costs as quoted by the customer and agreed in writing prior to any repairs commencing.  

Sportserve Ltd are not liable for any costs incurred by the customer for an on-site repair carried out, without written agreement, nor for any possible fines inflicted by sport federations
