All deliveries from Sportserve Ltd will need to be signed for upon receipt of goods.
Sportserve Ltd aim to have small orders (up to 5KG) delivered within 1-3 business days dependant on availability. Any delays will be notified to the customer immediately.
Orders will be delivered by either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by an approved carrier. Tracking information can be supplied upon request.
For larger orders (up to 30KG, nothing larger than 3m in length) delivery will be made by carrier and subject to additional charges if necessary. Any offers to assist with unloading/loading of heavy goods is at the customers own risk.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate admission for the receipt of heavy/large goods. Sportserve Ltd can refuse to deliver unless suitable access is provided. Sportserve Ltd will inform any customer of the expected delivery date of their item(s).
Sportserve Ltd accepts no liability if, once this date has been accepted by the customer, the delivery fails due to inadequate access/refusal at address/inability to sign for receipt. In the event of a re-delivery, any fees may be made chargeable to the customer. All delivery times are estimates and may vary. All parcels will be returned to Sportserve Ltd if delivery fails 3 times. To have the item(s) redelivered will incur carriage costs.
All deliveries from Sportserve Ltd will need to be signed for upon receipt of goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any item(s) ordered are not prohibited or subject to restrictions within the country they are delivered to.
All import/duty charges are paid by the customer. Sportserve Ltd is not liable for any delays in overseas shipping. All charges for overseas shipments are determined by size and weight of the package and not at a set country by country rate. Please contact Sportserve Ltd for a delivery quotation/timescale prior to placing an order.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Cancellation of any order must be issued in writing to Sportserve Ltd. Orders cancelled prior to despatch will be refunded in full. Any order cancelled after items have been despatched, but prior to delivery, must be returned in the original, unopened packaging, the customer is required to arrange the return transport and the refund will be issued within 14 days of the goods being returned/proof of postage
All orders are subject to the following: If cancellation is due to delivery missing a previously specified date, which must be stated on the invoice, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. In this instance Sportserve Ltd will organise and pay for the collection of unwanted items in full.

Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to all online purchases. Any orders purchased online will be refunded via Paypal once Sportserve Ltd has received the unwanted goods in a re-saleable condition, if notification of return is received outside of the CCR’s refund policy.
Non CCR returns must be notified to Sportserve Ltd, in writing, within 14 days of delivery. All returns notified to us within this time frame, and returned to us in a re-saleable condition, will be re-funded in full within 14 days of the date of collection.
Any return requests for faulty goods, if it is at manufacturing level, not through customer damage, will be collected by Sportserve Ltd, and refunded within 14 days of collection.
For any return requests for unwanted goods, received after the 14 day return period, the refund will be subject to Sportserve Ltd’s discretion. All returns must be in the original packaging, and complete (including any/all instruction booklets, small parts eg nuts/bolts). If any part(s) of the item(s) are missing, Sportserve Ltd reserves the right to hold the refund until the return is fully complete.
It is at Sportserve Ltd’s discretion to accept/charge a re-stocking fee for all returns of non-defective items. Any returns where the delivery fee is chargeable to the customer will not be accepted unless properly packaged, without damage. Definition of “damage” includes, but is not limited to: breakages, dents, scratches, paint chips, wear and tear, dirt, & punctures. Sportserve Ltd is not liable for any; Loss of item(s) or Damage caused during transit of customer charged returns.
The above will result in a refusal to/or only partly, refund.
No returns of customised items (eg personalised uniforms) will be accepted unless the product is defective/faulty at manufacturing level.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct sizing is ordered for their uniforms, as Sportserve Ltd accepts no liability if garments do not fit.

Sportserve LTD reserves the right to defer delivery dates/cancel any orders without consultation with the customer, only if we cannot fulfil requests due to circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to: acts of God, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, lock-outs or other labour disputes of either party or a third party, any restrains or delays affecting carriers/manufacturers resulting in inability/delay in obtaining supplies.
In cases of the above, a resolution will be discussed between Sportserve LTD and the customer dependant on the situation. If the event in question continues for a period in excess of 90 days, the customer is entitled to give notice in writing to cancel the contract. A refund will be subject to Sportserve LTD’s discretion.
All orders that require item(s) to be brought into the UK must be paid up front, including freight. Sportserve LTD will not accept purchase orders for item(s) that are sourced from overseas. Freight times are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until the order is placed and paid for. Electrical item warranty information can be supplied on request.
Imported Orders: Cancellation of any order must be made prior to the import of the goods. Sportserve Ltd will let any customer know if the product they require needs to come from overseas, and if so, the date it will be shipped to the UK. Any cancellations made once confirmation of importation has been issued, will be subject to freight charges and a re-stocking fee of 30%. This is inclusive of full units and/or any replacement parts.
If any item(s) need returning to the country of manufacture for repair, Sportserve Ltd will arrange transport; however the cost may be chargeable to the customer.
All Sportserve Ltd quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of request. In excess of 30 days, item(s) quoted may be subject to pricing alterations. The 30 day limit holds the price for the goods only; freight costs cannot be held and are subject to alteration at any time. Any freight costs included in quotes will be estimation only; specific pricing cannot be calculated until the goods have cleared customs within the UK.
Sportserve Ltd reserves the right to refuse installation if the location/access is deemed unacceptable under Health and Safety Regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure an appropriate work space. Installation/repair of any item(s) will not proceed until the site is in line with HSR. If it is not, in the instance of any crew members from Sportserve Ltd being already at the venue, their time will be charged for irrespective of whether the installation/repair can begin.
For items under warranty requiring repair, parts & labour are inclusive in the warranty, whereas transport costs are excluded. A standard rate of £0.48p per mile will be charged for all call outs. Outside of the warranty, transport (at same standard rate), parts and labour, will be charged for. Labour rates are listed below: Standard business hours (9am-5pm Monday – Friday) will be charged at £15.00 per hour. Out of business hours (5pm-9am Monday – Friday) will be charged at £20.00 per hour. Weekend hours will be charged at £20.00 per hour. Customers will be charged for hotel costs if necessary.
