VALUE FOR MONEY
Sportserve has built its business and reputation by providing quality branded products at value for money prices.
All our prices are shown inclusive of VAT (delivery is additional- £5.88 for orders under £75. UK MAINLAND ONLY). The current rate of VAT in the UK is 17.5% for all goods except books which are zero rated - that is, they are exempt from VAT.
HOW TO ORDER
When you have made your choice you can order by any of the following means whichever is the easiest or most convenient for you.
- By Credit card: via this site using our secure server.
- By Telephone, Fax or E-mail quoting a) your name, address and postcode. b) daytime telephone number and/or e-mail address. c) goods required. d) delivery address (if different from (a) above). e) credit card number and expiry date. f) name and initials on the card. g) cardholders address (if different from (a) above). See 'Contact Us' for telephone and fax numbers.
- By Post: Print off the order form, complete clearly and in full, then send to Sportserve with a sterling cheque or credit card information.
- By Official Order: For Local Authorities, educational establishments and HM Services. We will invoice you with delivery of goods. Payment terms: 28 days.
DELIVERY
Dependent upon the availability of stock we aim to despatch all goods within one working day of receipt of order. However, if there is to be any significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will notify you immediately.
DELIVERY IN MAINLAND UK
- Goods up to 1.5Kg are normally despatched by first class post with more valuable products being sent recorded delivery.
- All heavier orders are sent by reputable carrier for delivery within two to three working days and all such items require a signature upon delivery. Please note that carriers are unable to provide an accurate time of day for delivery.
- Some very heavy goods eg. institutional in-ground systems, require special delivery arrangements and in these circumstances delivery may be up to ten days from receipt of order.
- Urgent orders can be despatched by Next Day delivery (excluding week-ends and public holidays) but all additional costs incurred are payable by the cutomer.

Sportserve do not collect any personal information from visitors to its websites other than information that is knowingly and
voluntarily given. We will only use that information in our endeavours to fulfil your order/enquiry.

and cannot be used to identify an individual user. Cookies are not used to collect any other information from visitors to the

Sportserve may contact you regarding new products and future events however, you can inform Sportserve at any time if you no

Credit Card Transactions are handled on a secure server using a minimum of SSL/128-bit encryption.

Returns
- If not completely satisfied with your order please return the item(s) in the original condition and within 7 days of
receipt for an exchange or full refund.
- For heavier items (over 2Kg) delivered by carrier you should contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we
will make all the necessary arrangements (see 'Contact Sportserve').
- Please note that we cannot refund or exchange made to order team uniforms. Any quality defects in manufacturer,
numbering or lettering will be remedied in agreement with the customer.
- Videos and CD-Roms cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed. However, if defective a replacement
will be sent upon receipt of the faulty goods. • If not completely satisfied with your order please return
